Albertans to vote on whether province should be able to choose higher court judges in fall referendum

Albertans will be tasked with juggling many ideas in this October’s referendum. Some they may have not had front-of-mind, including who should appoint the judges who sit on the province’s higher courts, the Court of King’s Bench and the Court of Appeal.
