1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, and password (stored securely using one-way hashing). When you submit feeds, we store the feed URL and associated metadata. We also collect standard web server logs including IP addresses and browser user agent strings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve FeedworthyAI, including authenticating your account, displaying feed content, categorizing and organizing feeds, and improving our AI-powered content classification systems.

3. Feed Content

FeedworthyAI aggregates publicly available RSS, Atom, and other syndication feeds. The content displayed comes from third-party sources. We store article metadata (titles, descriptions, links, publication dates) to provide our directory and search services. Feed content may be used to improve AI training and content grounding as described in our Terms of Service.

4. Cookies and Sessions

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share aggregated, non-identifiable data for analytics purposes. We will disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted passwords, secure HTTPS connections, and access controls on our database systems.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You may also update your account information through the dashboard.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or through a notice on the site.
