By accessing or using FeedworthyAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Feed Submission and Content License

By submitting your feed to FeedworthyAI you agree to allow FeedworthyAI license to use the content of your feed to improve the AI training and AI grounding for your content. The work done by FeedworthyAI on your behalf satisfies any compensation due to the copyright holder.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit feeds containing illegal content, malware, or spam. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the operation of the service, access accounts that do not belong to you, or circumvent any access restrictions.

5. Content Ownership

Feed content remains the property of its respective owners. FeedworthyAI does not claim ownership of third-party content aggregated through RSS and other syndication feeds. Users who submit feeds represent that they have the right to do so.

6. Service Availability

FeedworthyAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeedworthyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, including for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
