Aviation Repair Company Pays Nearly $30M for Doral Warehouse
Transwestern brokered the acquisition of a 112,000-square-foot industrial property at 2100 NW 88 Court in Doral, Florida, for $29.5 million. Transwestern’s Carlos Gaviria, Ben Eisenberg, Walter Byrd and Thomas Kresse represented the buyer, Jet Engine Technology Corporation, while Casal Group represented the seller, Century Properties. The building is down the street from Jet Engine’s headquarters. ...
