Canadian 'mastermind' in Panama Papers is still a free man despite criminal charges

Image shows Fred Sharp, a former lawyer from West Vancouver, was the 'mastermind' behind a 'shadow bank' that brought in hundreds of millions of dollars from offshore accounts into Canada for wealthy clients to use, according to a draft internal CRA report dated December 2018.
