Downtown Detroit Partnership announces conclusion of I-75 cap feasibility study

The Downtown Detroit Partnership (DDP), a nonprofit, announced the conclusion of a feasibility study for a proposed highway cap over sections of the I-75 freeway, just north of downtown Detroit.
