Indel Money to raise up to Rs 500 crore via public issue of NCDs

Indel Money plans to raise up to Rs 500 crore through a public issue of non-convertible debentures. The issue will open on August 18 and close on August 31, with an option for early closure. Proceeds will fund onward lending, refinancing existing debt, and general corporate purposes.
