Longtime tenants no longer feel safe in Winnipeg social housing building providing housing to homeless people

Residents in a 55-plus social housing complex on Selkirk Avenue are fed up with safety issues and deteriorating living conditions they say started when tenants with a history of homelessness began moving into the building.
