McLaren Caves, Confirms Its First-Ever SUV
Another one bites the dust. The list of sports car makers who swore they'd never build an SUV and then quietly built one just added its sportiest holdout. McLaren Automotive has confirmed it will produce its first sport utility vehicle in the company's 63-year history, joining a club that Porsche opened in 2002 with the Cayenne and that has since roped in Jaguar, Maserati, Lotus, and even Ferrari.
