Ontario mom cleared of 'miscarriage of justice' in baby's 1999 death. Her manslaughter conviction based on 'discredited' shaken baby syndrome

"She is a victim of a miscarriage of justice," in part based on unreliable expert evidence, Justice Peter Lauwers of the Ontario Court of Appeal for Ontario, said on behalf of a three-judge panel.
