Southwest residents on alert as ‘dangerous’ Hurricane Polo moves up Mexico’s Pacific coast

The Category 5 hurricane triggered school closings in Guerrero and Michoacán and is dumping rain on southwestern states. It is expected to continue to do both at least through Wednesday.
