Archtober, New York City's architecture and design festival, launches 16th edition with newsstand collaboration

Archtober, a New York City-based platform that promotes the discovery of architecture and design through experiences and content, celebrates the next installment of its annual festival from October 1–31, 2026. In collaboration with nearly 100 partners and sponsors across the city, the 2026 festival gathers events, exhibitions, resources, and activities across the five boroughs to raise awareness of the importance of architecture and design in New York City. For the fourth consecutive year, a theme will steer part of the festival’s programming and prompt participants to consider their role in shaping our city.
