Researchers generated off-the-shelf, mass-producible iPSC-derived allogeneic γδT cells that in a small preclinical study suppressed tumor growth in mouse colorectal cancer xenograft models, highlighting the cells’ potential as a novel immunotherapy for colorectal cancer.
