Descartes Systems Group has acquired Extensiv, the former announced Sept. 1, extending its fulfillment capabilities. Extensiv provides artificial intelligence (AI)-powered warehouse management and fulfillment technology for third-party logistics (3PL) providers and their merchant partners.
