Earlier this year Niall Patrick Walsh had a chance to visit and chat with Powerhouse Company partner Stefan Prins who explains "When Nanne partnered with the real estate developer Niels Jansen to create RED Company, it was driven by a passion to make things happen; that is how those two worlds merged. We wanted to build, and we had ideas, so let’s go for it. I’m not sure if what we do is the future of architecture, but it does show something about the possibility of changing the relationship between the client/developer and the architect."
