Experienced with construction admin? This senior OMA role could be for you

Following our previous look at several openings at UC Berkeley, we are using this week’s edition of our Job Highlights series to explore an open role on Archinect Jobs for a Senior Architect with CA Experience at OMA, one of several openings at the firm on our jobs board.

The position, based in New York City, calls for an individual who will “contribute to projects across all phases, with a strong emphasis on the Construction Administration (CA) phase for projects based in the United States.” Among the requirements are 8 or more years of experience, including all design phases with particular experience in CA, as well as experience serving as the Architect of Record. 

“We are looking for candidates who demonstrate exceptional technical expertise, deep hands-on CA experience, strong site and field coordination skills, and robust communication skills, and who can operate at the highest professional level,” the firm adds.
