Four rural timber homes by Syndicate Smith: Your Next Employer?
Following our previous visit to Matiz Architecture and Design, we are moving our Meet Your Next Employer series to Washington State this week to explore the work of Syndicate Smith.
From their studio in Leavenworth at the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, the firm has built a portfolio grounded in homes, hospitality, and community projects. “We design spaces that are grounded with natural materials, elegantly composed, and rigorously detailed,” the firm says about its approach, adding that “we believe that beauty is essential and is achieved through human inspiration, continuous refinement, and skilled craftspeople.”
Over on Archinect Jobs, the firm is currently hiring for a Senior Interior Designer to join their Leavenworth team. For candidates interested in applying for a position or anybody interested in learning more about the studio’s output, we have rounded up four rural timber homes by Syndicate Smith that exemplify their ethos.
