Studio Gang and Henning Larsen complete sustainability-focused campus buildings for Harvard

Studio Gang and Henning Larsen have completed One Milestone, a two-building life sciences complex that concludes the first phase of the Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) in Allston, Boston. 

As we reported in 2023, the campus will coalesce an area across the Charles River from the Harvard main campus into a new multi-use innovation district with designs from MVRDV, Moody Nolan, and Marlon Blackwell. As part of the development, Studio Gang recently completed the David Rubenstein Treehouse, Harvard’s first mass timber building.

Located at the southwestern edge of the campus, One Milestone comprises the 245,000-square-foot One Milestone West by Studio Gang and the 265,000-square-foot One Milestone East by Henning Larsen.
