UC Berkeley's Department of Architecture is hiring an early-career academic and a design computation professor
Following our previous look at an opening for a Junior Architect at Gehry Partners, we are using this week’s edition of our Job Highlights series to explore open roles on Archinect Jobs for both an Assistant Professor - Computation and Design Methods and a Creedon Design Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley's Department of Architecture.
The positions, based on campus in Berkeley, both have an anticipated start date of July 1, 2027. While the Assistant Professor role calls for an individual who will apply computation as a “creative, social, and technical force in architectural design,” the Creedon Design Fellow position is intended to “provide promising individuals early in their teaching careers with an opportunity to pursue academic and teaching interests.”
